We ship all orders via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping

3–7 business days — $9.95 flat rate

Express Shipping

1–3 business days — $14.95 flat rate

All records are carefully packed using custom mailers designed to protect vinyl during transit. We double-box when necessary for extra safety.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days for Australian customers.

What condition are your used records in?

Every used record is visually graded and play-tested before listing. We use industry-standard grading: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), and Good (G). Each listing clearly states the condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian customers. Items must be in the same condition as received. Contact us to initiate a return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100 and $200 denominations. They never expire and can be used on any product.

Can I sell my records to you?

Absolutely! Visit our Sell/Trade page to submit your collection details. We buy individual records and full collections. We offer competitive prices based on condition and demand.

How is free shipping calculated?

Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. This is calculated on the cart subtotal before any discounts.
